DreamWings, Inc. is the biomechanics company that pioneered the winged headrest. We specialize in the development of innovative technical solutions for the aviation, automotive, medical, and travel markets. Incorporating medical and aerospace engineering fundamentals, DreamWings, Inc. offers a suite of "comfort travel"products. The managment brings over 75 years of product development, manufacturing and product commercialization experience to this enterprise. The company was founded in San Francisco, California in 1997. The latest product offerings include the DreamWings HeadRest, DreamWings Pillow, DreamWings Headphones and the DreamWings System.

A frequent traveler who never found comfort in airplanes or cars, Rick conceived and developed DreamWings Winged Headrest products, technology and related passenger support systems. Previous to DreamWings, Rick was Director of Development for St. Jude Medical, responsible for the development of life saving Implantable Defibrillators (Contour, Angstrom and Profile). Prior to St. Jude, Rick was a founder and manager of Lectus Inc., a manufacturer of life sustaining critical care medical robots (Airlogic 20). He served as a Captain in the US Air Force as Director of Flight Test Engineering for the A-10 Thunderbolt II and F-22 Raptor. Rick holds 14 patents in patient and passenger support systems for medical, automotive, and consumer markets. With full scholarships, Rick received a BS in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

Jeff Draeger
jeff@dreamwings.com Mr. Draeger spent 11 years with Intel Corporation as an Intellectual Property specialist and has been heavily involved in strategic IP licensing, global IP planning and procurement (JD Santa Clara University, 1998, magna cum laude). Mr. Draeger's technology licensing and IP acquisition experience includes planning negotiation strategies and approaches, reviewing terms of major licensing deals, and managing in-house analysis for a patent licensing/acquisition program. Mr. Draeger is also an accomplished microprocessor designer with multiple patents to his credit (B SEE Univ. WI, 1992). He has also performed product validation, testing and quality & reliability analysis.

Patricia Mallon was recently Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Franklin Advisers, Inc. She specialized in research analysis for the corporate high-yield bond team. Before joining Franklin Templeton Investments in 1997, Mrs. Mallon worked for Morgan Stanley Asset Management. She received a BS degree in Accounting from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Chicago in Finance and Economics. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
